History

Established in 2013.

FMI was formed in 2013 by retired US Military Members and successful business professionals with offices in San Antonio and Houston, Texas. We are Veterans serving military members and corporate America. We started Forward March Inc to help veterans, their spouses and family members find a career after completing their military service. Our passion is to help companies grow military hiring programs and strategies so that veterans can find a civilian career after serving. All those who have served want to find the American Dream after serving and we help them achieve that dream.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul V.

Business Owner

Paul spent 28 years in the US Army and Army Reserve, retiring in September, 2012. Paul began his career as an Armor crewman, served as a Drill Sergeant and completed the Army Sergeants Major Academy in 2006. Paul spent 12 years working with the Army PaYS program as the USAREC CG’s SME on corporate partnership. Paul has grown partnerships with fortune 500 companies like Accenture, Harley-​Davidson, USAA and Union Pacific Railroad and developed the first of its kind partnership with the State of Wisconsin.

In 2013, Paul along with Don Palen and Pahjmon Lipsey formed Forward March Inc. Paul is currently serving on the City of San Antonio’s Military Advisory Committee and Subcommittee on Veteran Employment. Paul has over 15 years of experience in working with military transition and corporate America.
