Flower Forrest

One of my best friends tragically past away last weekend and I was put in charge of the flowers that would be from his closest childhood friends. After researching online everything started looking the same as far as arrangements. Going through this business’ website they had an arrangement that had the perfect color and look that my friends would be proud of.
The ladies at the store were very helpful (Sophia and Gina) with giving me ideas of what the arrangement would look like as well what the flowers were going to look like. The flowers were the same colors of the elementary that we went to… that was very important. I brought in a collage and they gave me ideas how to incorporate it into the package.
When I got to the funeral home I was more than pleased how well everything looked, just like how it looked online. It was perfect. My friends loved it and the other people there were asking where we got it from because it looked different than anything else there. I am very grateful for The Flower Forrest for their service, ideas, and professionalism. My friend would be proud. Will definitely consider you for anything in the future.

My husband and I found this while running errands for our wedding. We were greeted by Romero and from the beginning we connected. Romero really had a vision of what I wanted for our wedding. He always took time to answer all our questions and gave us ideas. He really was our ANGEL or at least felt like it. On our day of our wedding Romero personally delivered all the fresh flower arrangements and decorated the Venue and made sure everything was PERFECT and to our expectations! Everyone at our wedding was amazed by his talent. He really made our Venue look more beautiful.

Called to order funeral flowers for a friend, not knowing what to send. They were very helpful with suggesting just the right thing. I was very pleased and will call them again.

Don’t order from this place or use Wesley Berry Flowers or Flower Delivery Express on line. Did not get anything close to what i ordered. I feel ripped off. I ordered a beautiful looking plant in a ceramic planter. Instead got the cheapest lookin plant in a basket of all things. YUCK! They don’t even deserve my 1 star rating.

I was disappointed with my experience. I had asked for a bouquet of all red flowers to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday – tulips, roses, and perhaps snapdragons, if they were available. She sent me a picture of what actually was delivered, and it was a mixture of colors – red, white, chartreuse, a little purple, and some greyish statice, with lots of greenery in a vase. There were maybe two roses and a few tulips. All I had wanted was a simple, pretty red bouquet, but I didn’t get that. Also, there was a $ 15 delivery fee on top of the minimum order fee of $ 35. The delivery cost seemed high to me, because my aunt lives less than one mile away from the shop. After I received the photo, I called the florist to tell them of my disappointment, and the woman who answered was nice and said that they would be willing to replace the arrangement with one more to my liking. I let her know that it needed to be delivered the next day between 2:00 and 5:30 p.m., and she said it would be no problem. Well, the next day the new arrangement was delivered, but it came at 9:15 in the morning, when my aunt wasn’t home. She called the shop, and the delivery person came back later. The flower arrangement was prettier this time, and it did have all red flowers. The Flower Forrest eventually made good on my order, but it was not a smooth experience. I will be choosing another shop next time.

First off, I don’t even want to give this «florist» 1 star. My order was SO BAD! Bad doesn’t even do it. Paid $ 59.95 for a flower arrangement they had online and totally DID NOT get what I paid for. Even though $ 60 isn’t much, I still should have gotten what I ordered.
The arrangement that was received in my opinion isn’t even worth taking home if it were FREE. Pitiful pink flowers were falling off their stems, hardly any flowers in the vase that I didn’t order at that. Looked like it was picked out of a trash can. Just bad all around.
The representative also tried to give me a bull crap excuse saying there’s a $ 10 delivery charge to every order, that may be and I understand, but that is NO EXCUSE for how horrid my arrangement turned out to be. I am never doing business with this pitiful place they call a business.
Also,“Rodney B.” must be an employee or the «florist» to even say this place is wonderful. Psh. Please. A toddler could have made a better flower arrangement by picking wild flowers out of a field.

This shop is wonderful. The service is great, and Gina is so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to order flowers again.

paid for our valentine roses to get to my girlfriend at work never got there
i called at 430 said sorry we arent going to deliver for Vday. So i said i want my money back. they agreed. so the next day they still try to deliver even though i said wahts the use she is not even at work that day. i would not recommend.
