My AC units fan stopped working on the unit outside the house. It was just blowing air in the house but it wouldn’t cool. So I came on Unilocal and searches for an AC service company and came across Fix My AC and saw that it had several 5 star reviews. So the following morning I go online and request service. I received a call within about 30 minutes and setup an appointment on For about 2 hours later. He came out on time on a Saturday and within minutes diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous and professional and seemed genuine in the information I was being told about my problem. At a very reasonable price and within an hour I was back to having my AC fan turning and the cool air blowing inside the home again. I highly recommend giving this company a shot when your next AC problem arises or just in general for preventative maintanence.

After calling and texting several companies, I used Shawn’s online service request and got a call within the hour. Set up a service for the very next day with a 2 hour window. Arrived at the first part of the window and even called 30 minutes before with a heads up. Diagnosed the problem very quick and suggested a repair that saved me from buying a new unit until I could budget for it. So glad to find someone that calls you back, shows up on time, and has more to offer than replace replace replace! Thank you so much Shawn. Definitely keeping your number.

My husband and I are satisfied with the service. I had problems with my AC a few times before and none of the other companies I went through could determine what the problem was. After spending lots of money on service from other companies, I decided to just give «Fix my AC» a chance. I’m happy to say I called them. Shawn came out to my home maybe about an hour after I called the office. I told him what was happening with my AC, he did a leak search and found out that there was a leak on the coils. He didn’t have to explain or show me exactly where the problem was, but the fact that he did that just showed me that he cared about his customers. Shawn and another guy from fix my AC had my AC replaced the same day. If you have any problems with your AC, take a chance on this company. The service was awesome!!!

These guys were prompt, ON TIME (window was 2:00 — 4:00, and the guy showed up at 2:00 on the dot, which is always MUCH appreciated). Fixed me up in under and hour. Really nice service, and professional. Will absolutely call on these guys in the future.

Sean is the man! He came out within 30 minutes of my call, assessed my unit and gave me a thorough explanation in writing and in person to what the issue was. He then gave me 7 different options I could choose from to fix the unit depending on my budget. I’m happy to leave a good review and you should definitely call this guy when your AC goes down! I’m saving his number in my phone book now.
