Horrible… DO NOT… i repeat DO NOT get warranty… It is a sham. It does not cover anything. The only thing it will cover is an act of God according to their warranty. They will not hold to their word. They said it wouldn’t rust. It did and gave way… Sent them pictures and kept giving us the run around.

I never write reviews good or bad but I had to this time. I WOULD NOT recommend Family Leisure — not if good customer service and a positive experience while making a large purchase is important to you. Daniel our sales rep was kind, polite and made us feel he genuinely cared about us. All positive. He really worked hard to try satisfy our needs.
Management on the other hand did not care if their customers we happy or whether they leave the store feeling satisfied and good about their purchase. After spending $ 4000 we asked them to add free set up to go with the free door step delivery they provide but all they were willing to do was split the $ 200 charge. After making it known we were not happy we paid the $ 100 they were not willing to give up. Well that $ 100 cost them a repeat customer (our next purchase is an outdoor kitchen) this negative review and us sharing with our friends and neighbors the horrible service we experienced. Relationship building definitely is not a priority for management. Next time at least have the courtesy to meet us and speak to us directly. THAT could have kept me from writing this review.

If I was a homeowner with a backyard, front yard, pool or extra room for bars, pool tables, bar stools, arcade games and Jacuzzis, I would freaking love the heck out of this place. HOLY WOW This place is awesome!!!

Also, you don’t have to be a money bag to buy their pool toys like floaties and what not. They have a great selection of floaties for kids and adults, including those floating coolers that you can’t use on the river anymore.

My husband and I have pretty much gone to every furniture store in San Antonio. At first we were determined to purchase our bar stools online, but Family Leisure popped up when we googled «bar stools in San Antonio.» I’m so glad we decided to go there!
The store does look a little outdated and doesn’t have a huge selection, but it was perfect for what we needed. We found the bar stools we wanted (armless, 30″, metal, with microfiber) they fit our budget (under $ 150/​stool), and the service was great.
I appreciated how they didn’t try to upsell us on any sort of protection or additional warranty. They have a free one-​year warranty with no questions asked. The bar stools snapped into place, are very sturdy, and match the décor of our home. Great find!

We searched all over San Antonio for a pool table. Most places kept trying to make us go over budget. We didn’t want to spend over $ 2K. At Watson’s they educated us on how pool tables are made and how that justifies the price. We talked about how often we play (family get togethers) and how much we wanted to spend. They gave us several options in our price range for style and color. They even gave us interest free for the first year. We ended up spending only $ 1800. They delivered and professionally set it up in our game room. They even threw in a nice leather-​ish cover. We got a great deal!
