I got a system install back in late 2014 in my sedan. I brought the amp and speakers and Electronics 2000 did the setup. I should’ve known when my setup install date was pushed back twice… but I was foolish and stayed with them. Wasn’t the best but I feel I should’ve done my homework and read reviews first. My system kept blowing fuses, melting them. I took it back 4 times to replace fuses and they would just replace it and give it back to me. Battery is in the trunk so I couldn’t replace it or see the wires myself.
Why wait so long to write a review? I finally got fed up when another fuse blew so I went to another local shop towards Austin. The installer basically laughed as did I when I saw with as much wattage I was running, they used 8 gauge wiring when it should’ve been 4 gauge. When they pulled the panel out and I had a chance to view it, it was such cheap work done. The box that was built was falling apart, missing screws in holes, and the panel was bent and broken from behind. Trust me. Save yourself the headache, and the money. It makes me mad because being in business this long, why do such shoddy work.
I got a new setup from a seasoned installer at a different shop and I’m very happy. I should’ve bypassed this shop all together. Again. Save your time and money

Nothing but problems. we spent alot of money here and its regrettable. poor installation, filthy returned vehicle, alarm not programmed, antenna hanging, amateur tint, amp mounted kept falling off. connections behind dash not re connected., speaker not working, we went back 6 times. My girlfriend went alone, big mistake, she was charged full price for everything .this was just a «SLOP JOB MONEY GRAB“we now go to custom sounds competitor down the street. they are professional and very meticulous.

My wife and I went in to look at replacement head units for our 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Joseph was a huge help, explaining our options and helping us to get the best value for the amount of money we wanted to spend. The installation took longer than expected because they were not happy with the way it sounded at first, so they kept working at it until they got it right. And I mean, RIGHT!!! I can’t believe they were able to get so much better sound from the factory speakers. When we went to pick it up, another employee whose name I didn’t get explained to us the different options on alarm systems, then took us up front and turned us over to the owner, who finished explaining things to us. We’ll be back for any further alarm or stereo work we need done.

Great Job prompt service. Called for an appointment and was taken care promptly. I just went in to have my deck installed because it was stolen but everything else i.e. wiring, amp and speakers were intact. All that needed to be done is install and connect the deck and just attach the amp wire.
I do feel like the workers tried to pump out jobs quickly, so much so that when I turned on my system my amp did not power. Had to come back and let the manager know that the system was not turning on the amp and could not hear the sub woofers. They were courteous and took care of the problem right away. overall I would go back and do business.

Pros:
If you want a quick low priced installation and you don’t care so much about quality work, they have a balanced selection of products and I am happy with a sub box that they custom made for me.
Cons:
They have a mixed level of quality with the Installations. Some people are better than others. Overall though, radio installation is done without attention to detail. They scratched and bent my interior car moldings, lost grommet screws, left the head unit radio wires bare without proper insulation and cut on wires that they didn’t have to cut on. It’s lipstick and rouge with these guys as they will sneak shoddy work under your radar. Unless you check, you won’t know. If you have a new car and want to preserve the car’s interior, I don’t recommend them.
