Dee’s Grooming

Dee has been grooming my dogs since 1993. She and her staff do excellent work. They are kind and caring with the animals. My dogs always get a «hygiene» cut. They are house dogs, not show dogs. If any of them have an issue, (like infected ears) dee lets me know. There’s good reason why so many of her clients are faithful.

Have been taking my schnauzers here for a few years now! They do a great job have been very happy with them!

We’ve been taking our two dogs to Dee’s for two years and have been exceptionally pleased with the quality of the grooming, the friendliness (to both people and pets) of the staff, and the pleasant temperament of our dogs when we pick them up (unlike their stays at other boarding/​grooming/​vet facilities). I would highly recommend Dee’s to anyone with pets.

OMG, stay away from this place! what a nightmare, prior to droping my Wire Fox Terrier, I asked if they were experienced on grooming such type of breed of dog, and they said yes.
I was given a time to pick her up, and I called and she wasn’t ready, I called again and another delayed, finally they told me another time, I came by to pick her up and they were just working on her. Needless to say I was late to work, they did the worse awful cut to my dog, they made her nails bleed from cutting passed the wick, the cut was choppy, uneven and nothing like I requested prior to the service.
I will never, never never go to this place again. My dog was place on a small kennel awaiting her service, and was not given any type of water during the entire stayed, she came how dehydrated and has not wanted to get out of her bed from exhaustion.
I’m planning to go back tomorrow and demand my $$$ back!
They might be able to do poodles or something, but they shouldn’t lie about doing another breed if they have no experience.
I’m totally disgusted with this place. What a hole in the wall! DON’T GO THERE WHATEVER YOU DO! You’ll be sorry

Today I went back to this place to speak directly to Dee and even brought my dog, so that she could see the choppy and horrible haircut she has given my dog. My dog was so dramatized from the pain and suffering she experienced at this place for the cutting of hair nails and bleeding, that it was nearly impossible to get to come in the door. After presenting my case to Dee over and over, she refused to accept her mistake or apologized, I demanded my $$$ money back, and finally I only got half of what I paid!
Anyone out there reading this, pls stay away from this place do not make the same mistake I did. Do not take your dog here for grooming.

My family has been taking our dogs here for years, the staff is very friendly, the grooming is professionally done, the prices are EXCELLENT. I’ll never take my lil poodle any were else
