Ann Bohl Deacon, Founder and CEO, and her team of Deacon Professional Recruiters, collectively have over 50 years of experience in executive search and contract placement. Business Owner

Ann Bohl Deacon is a native San Antonian. After graduating from The University of Texas, Ann practiced in public accounting. Ann has been recognized as an industry leader since she entered the staffing industry in 1988. Ann has received numerous awards for outstanding performance as an Executive Recruiter and Industry leader nationally. Ann has been recognized as a Top Producer by The San Antonio Association of Personnel Consultants and The Texas Association of Personnel Consultants consistently from 1997 to present. Ann is the Founder and CEO of Deacon Recruiting, Inc., Deacon Professional Services, LLP and Deacon Real. Deacon Recruiting continues to grow and is the largest Executive Search firm in San Antonio and one of the largest privately held firms regionally.

Ann has been married to her husband, Charlie, for 23 years. She has strong family values and she considers herself fortunate to have close life long friends.
