Dale’s Collison Repair

I went in to have a minor body repair done on my vehicle and was actually talked out of spending a bunch of money to fix something that they fixed for free. It showed me that they were more interested in doing right by their customers than milking them for money.

I will only take my cars to Dale’s Collision Repair. His team is extremely experienced and does what it takes to do the repairs right. They took time to explain not only the repair process but what to expect from my insurance company. My Corvette’s repairs were flawless and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

The folks at Dale’s are great. Will give you an honest assessment of what’s going on, take the time to explain things to you, and get work done in a timely fashion. My back bumper was replaced in a business day once the part arrived. Aaron, Rick, RJ et al are awesome! Dale prides himself on the work his business does and it shows.

A lovely person hit my car in a parking lot, so I needed to get it fixed pronto. Insurance claims and all that fun stuff is really overwhelming for me, but as soon as I got to Dale’s, I knew I was in the right place. Every single employee I spoke with was friendly, courteous and professional. As busy as they were, I felt like I was getting their full attention. Dale made sure my car had the highest quality replacement parts and the workmanship was amazing! Then to top it off, my car was ready the next day! How awesome is that? (I might have just been lucky, but that was definitely a plus!) Hopefully my car won’t have any more mishaps, but if it does, I’m going straight to Dale’s!

Today I got a flat, and I called Dales to see if they could help out. They came and changed my tire in 15 minutes! Customer service here is awesome.

OK… I was a little upset that it took 2 days longer than I had hoped for, however. I have a old special car and parts aint that easy to get. After I got my vehicle home I was impressed! The paint match/​clear coat/​body work was 5 star all the way! I tell you something that’s really special about this place… the people. Rick, that helped me is sweet as punch… and so is everybody else I met there bottom line… Nice People! Rick forgot one little thing but offered to fix plus a few things more for little or nothing. Now that I have started a repertoire with these guys… I’m here for good! I will take my car back for some things I have always wanted to do… Why? Because I trust them! Even olé Dale came over and said Hi to me… that was nice cause I’m born and raised here:)

I had my truck repaired at Dales’s and couldn’t be happier. The work was done when promised and most importantly my truck looks brand new. The repair was done with attention to detail and my vehicle was even detailed from front to back. Don’t even consider going to another body shop. Dale’s is the best I have ever used.

Dale’s Team took the extra time to make sure my car was in tip top shape, addressing and reviewing items not caught by the Insurance Adjuster. And when it came time to return my car to me, my car battery died. Veronica worked with me and a local honda dealer to have my 2 year battery replaced under warranty. By delivering my car to the dealer and standing firm with only a battery replacement at the dealer. I appreciate that extra effort because the thought of being stranded on 410, I don’t even want to think about it. My car looks amazing! My car is running like a champ! Thank you Dale’s Collision!!!

Great place, great service. Oscar was my service writer. I had to have $ 4000 worth of work done. Looked great! And they washed and vacuumed. I know, it’s the little things!

Dale is honest, and a man of integrity. Memorial weekend my neighbor accelerated out of her driveway and into our yard and driveway totaling our less than one year old F150 King Ranch, pushing it into our 2 year old Honda Crosstour. We were in total shock! Initially the wrecker took them to another Collision repair shop, recommended by our Insurance Co. This was a HUGE mistake. I soon realized that THEY worked for the Insurance Co. and not for us, and could care less about customer service. Dale had done some work for my husband on another vehicle, and I immediately called him and said please go and get our vehicles from the other shop! He was so kind and spent almost an hour on the phone with me as I was in tears. He walked me through everything, and said it would be okay. Since that moment my blood pressure came back to normal and knew I was in good hands! A big thank you to Dale and his staff. When we arrived to the lot they immediately greeted us and started going over our vehicles with us, and even stayed late. You will find no other better in the Industry. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and stay up to date on current standards and training. He continually updates his equipment, and is not dictated by the Insurance Companies. The other Collision shop told me used parts would be put on my Honda, and Dale said NO you will be getting new factory parts. He will not cut corners! I hope we filled our quota with two cars being wrecked at once, but if we do need work done in the future, we will always return to Dale’s and send all of our friend’s, because he treats you like family, and get’s the job done right!

This business knows how to treat customers. Best customer service I’ve seen from a business in years. When you call you get a live person who actually does call you back when they say they will. I took my Dodge Challenger to two other places and decided to try this place since reviews were rated high. Service from here was awesome. My car looks fantastic, repair was on-​time, reasonable price and my questions answered. It is family owned. Yes, it is worth going here especially if you want your car back in a reasonable amount of time. They value their customers. You won’t be hustled or thrown into voice mail twilight zone. My Dodge Challnger was detailed so well it was almost like new again. Bravo! for taking care of customers!

Dinged my rear bumper on my brand new Volkswagen. Took it to Dale’s. The did an outstanding job! Paint matched perfectly and car looks new again. To top it all off, they had EXCELLENT customer service! I will always take my car to Dale’s!

I have a Volkswagen — which if you own a VW, you know how burdensome it can be when you need repair work done. Dale’s has always been efficient and helpful, even when I need repair work done ASAP and we were waiting on insurance to come through. Dale really cares about his clients and Jose (the tech who worked on my car) was great at calling to update me on the status of my car and relaying what the issues were and what repairs were done. Awesome auto body shop if you ever need work done!

Dale’s collision repair is the ONLY shop I trust with my vehicle. I drive a 2006 dodge charger SRT8 that has been featured in magazines and commercials across the US. So as you may know, I am very particular about my car. I know Dale will treat my car with the same respect and care as I do, so that is why he and his shop are the only ones to touch it.
