Custom Eye Care

I walked in to take a look at frames because I was wanting to find a unique pair. I browsed their selection for about 10 minutes, trying on different frames. No one bothered to greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. They lost a potential client, patient, and sale of glasses with me!

This place is great. Staff is super friendly. I have astigmatism and contacts are hard for me to wear. They’ve been working with me to find the brand with the best fit for my eyes. I’ve been in at least 5 times and they never seem exasperated or tired of me. I’ll continue going here as long as they accept my insurance.

I first found out about this place when they offered a coupon on Groupon. The Groupon was only $ 59 for an eye exam and even better, the coupon would also cover $ 175 for new eyeglasses. This deal sounded too good to be true so I called before I purchased and talked to Robert to find out about restrictions and there really weren’t any. I liked that I was able to schedule my appointment online and I received a confirmation email and reminder. I also liked that I was able to schedule on a Saturday. When I arrived, the location is very nice and clean and in a great area. Robert greeted us and he was as pleasant as he was on the telephone. He explained how the coupon works and pointed out the variety of glasses that I would be able to choose from. I was surprised and the many options I had and it was a very nice selection. Of course, the designer high priced glasses would have cost more but that’s not really my style anyway. I was excited that with this coupon, I was finally able to afford transition lenses. I was able to get nice frames and I ended up paying overall about $ 120 total with the exam and a very, very nice pair of transition lenses. If it weren’t for the Groupon, the total cost could have easily gone over $ 300. The exam went pretty smoothly and I didn’t have to wait very long for Dr. Vlasek to see me. She was also very nice and professional and overall, I was very pleased with this company and I would definitely go back.

Very nice experience. The staff (Homer and Joseph) was so pleasant and friendly, I really enjoyed working with them. The doctor was also sweet and took care of me.

What I enjoyed about my visit was the willingness to book the appointment and availability on evenings and weekends.
The exam was very affordable and the doctor was very helpful. I like the technology of the exam screen too.
The glasses on display are very high quality, name brand like Versace, etc. They’ll run you at least $ 200+ a pair.
