History
Established in 1980.
Started in Alamo Heights off Broadway in 1980 as a small restaurant with adjacent bakery. Moved to our current, more scenic locale in 1997. We have grown to a medium sized restaurant, adjacent bakery, with catering and a delivery service available.
Meet the Business Owner
Francois M.
Business Owner
Francois bought the restaurant from his boss in 1984. He was the Head Chef and crafted all the menu items as well as many of the bakery recipes. He is passionate about creating delicious foods that are mostly healthy, or at least healthier than most other restaurants. Pairing his creations with a fine wine is a true delight for him. He enjoys traveling and camping, especially in Alaska and the Yukon territory of Canada.
