Business Owner

This is a family owned busines since 1968. My Father started working for Mr. James in 1937. After the passing of Mr. James we acquired the bicycle shop and were allowed by the James family to keep the name of the shop. I started to work here in 1971. I have worked at 3 of the 4 locations the shop as been at. The shop stayed on Main Ave for over 77 years, until we moved in 2012 to our present location. I was very lucky, in that I had my Father to teach me about bicycle repairs. He had over 30 years of knowlege in the bicycle industry. I am also very proud to say I retired from the USAF and obtained my degree from UTSA.
