Bright & Tidy

From the moment wet had contact with Gary, he was very professional and delivered on all expectations. We used them for moving our of a rental home, and when they were done, the property management company called to tell me that they have rarely seen a cleaner move out. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently used Bright and Tidy to clean our entire rental home in Cibolo after we moved out and having used cleaning services on multiple occasions after moving every 3 – 4 years, Bright and Tidy was simply one of the best we’ve had! After inquiring through 3 – 4 different places for an estimate, Gary was the only one to respond within an hour and later that day, stopped by do the estimate. The prompt service was extremely helpful given the tight moving timeline we were on. Gary was extremely accommodating and addressed all our needs/​requests as we walked the house. As far as the other companies; most called back several days later.
The estimate was spot-​on and you can tell when talking to Gary, he takes pride in his company and the service they provide. Quite different from the corporate companies that charge high rates for substandard service. Also, he constantly updated us (call/​text) when they arrived, the progress during, and when they were done. The communication was greatly appreciated!
The team at Bright and Tidy did a superior clean of the house! Every square inch was cleaned, scrubbed, dusted, vacuumed, and polished making the house «move-​in ready» for the next tenant. Gary walked us through the entire house ensuring nothing was missed and during the walk-​through, he returned several high-​valued sports memorabilia his team found on a closet shelf.
Bright and Tidy truly lived up to their name and exceeded our expectations. We’re glad to have supported a local small business for our house cleaning needs. You can’t go wrong with Bright and Tidy!
