Very disappointed. I am trying to have a kitchen remodeled in one of the apartments I own and scheduled a meeting with Ken at 8:30AM on Wednesday 11÷12÷14. His company called the day before to confirm the appointment, which I felt very good about. It made me believe I was dealing with a company that had its act together.
On the morning of the appointment, my husband and I were both at the apartment, but Ken was a no-​show. At 8:50AM I called his office to find out what happened. They said they would call Ken and get right back to me.
At 10:15AM, I still hadn’t heard back from them, so I gave them a follow up call. The secretary that answered was very polite and put me on hold to check into the issue. When she returned to the line, she said that Ken claims to have come out and no one was here. Then she offered to reschedule my appointment. No thanks! Not only was I home all morning, I also had my cell phone on my person the entire time. How is this acceptable in today’s business environment?
I am obviously not using Bobo and am continuing my search for a reliable contractor/​builder.

I called Ken Bobo regarding a quick turn on visiting a property I was considering for purchase. He cleared his schedule to meet me and my husband and gave us very good advice about the potential modifications we wanted to make to bathrooms and kitchen. I found him to be very thorough with a portfolio of his work and his construction foreman in tow. Great customer service

I went in for a consultation and Ken didnt provide any information about his services, didnt show a portfolio, and had no general interest in answering any of my questions. Completely wasted my time. All he wanted was a design agreement right away before he would give me any specifics about anything. Get real in this day and hard economy.

I have known this company for years and have found them t be honest, fair, and delivering a superior product. Highly recommended. They also have a great design team — had I known earlier I could have saved over $ 15,000 I paid a highly overrated architect.
