Business Owner

Christopher 0. Warden brings 42 years of building experience to the team. Warden’s career began at Michael’s Cabinets in 1972. Warden expanded his building career by becoming a Home Builder in 1977. As a Home Builder since 1977, Warden has supervised the building of new custom homes, doing everything from lot scraping to homeowner walk through’s with estimates, take offs, scheduling materials and trade partners, plan reviews, managing cost control, completing inspections, local code changes, problem solving, homeowner relations and building model homes.

Mike Ortman began his 47 years of building experience in 1968 as a construction worker, exercising his skills in various trades, which helped to prepare him to be able to manage a home building company. From 1994 – 2002, Ortman was the President and Owner of Destiny Homes LLC. He then was President and Owner of Legend Homes LLC which sold $ 9 Million of high-​end, pre-​sold, build on your lot homes.
