BIG TIME LIMOS

I can’t believe the bad reviews! I have used Big Time Limos about 12 times and they have never disappointed me. The vehicles are well kept and the drivers are top notch. We hire them for all kinds of different events, and they are really great.

Very disappointed! I was hoping to resolve the issues I had with them before I posted this review but they refuse to get back to me so here it goes…
We were scheduled to be picked up in the Stone Oak area at 6pm on a Tuesday night and had dinner reservations at 7. At 5:45 I receive a phone call from our driver asking what side of town the address is on. Did he not think about looking it up perhaps earlier in the day? I say Stone Oak and he says «ohhh traffic is going to be bad». Ya think!!! He finally shows up just after 6:30 and now he has engine problems. My husband supplies him with some tools and helps him with the mechanical problem. We don’t leave the house until 6:50 making us late for our dinner reservations. The limo was decent. We go to dinner and get back home without any issues. My husband even tips the guy $ 100 on top of the $ 400 we paid. Then I get home and find out they charged me an additional $ 70 because we went over 45 minutes (which we actually didn’t because the driver was 50 minutes late). I spent two days calling with no answer, finally got ahold of someone and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was days ago!
Very disappointed in this company and plan and contacting my credit card company to fight for my money back. It’s so sad to me that people do business this way. I return to San Antonio often and rent limos — never again from this company!

totally disappointed. NO a/​c on the long ride home! my party was miserable in the back. I specifically asked about the a/​c issue prior to renting with them given prior reviews, and was assured it would be fine. not true. i should have known better. use a real professional for this kind of thing.
