If i could rate this place with zero stars i would. I called three times and spoke to the person in charge about labor and parts charges for my car. Didn’t take appointments just walk ins, took three hours for my car just to change belts. He quoted me a price over the phone, after they started working on my car,(I left for two hours) when i came back i walked in and he began explaining to me how they were charging me twice the price he orignally quoted me and he openly denied this when i told him we spoke over the phone and he quoted me $ 100.00. He then told me that he just quoted me for parts, when i clearly asked him over the phone for parts and labor costs. I wouldn’t have gotten my car belts replaced here had i known the price he forced on me. I’ve gotten cheaper labor and parts quotes from from better machanics and i paid $ 235.00 dollars here. Rediclous. He tried to give me a free oil change but i’ll never be back.

Great service! First time here but they were great to deal with. The prices were reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. Now let’s see if the AC stays working and everything holds up.

Absolutely would recommend anyone taking their car or truck over to these guys. Excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door to walking me through the process of diagnoses. AC problems! After answering all my questions and options I was satisfied and driving away with COLD AC! Very good pricing and excellent work from these guys! Thank You!!!

This place is incredible! As a car man I usually do my own stuff but when a friends VW broke down I took it here. They had 5 stars on another site by 35 people! SO I took a risk and boy was it worth taking. I dropped the car off and was immediately greeted with a smile and a team of mechanics that went swiftly to work. I watched them as they did the diagnosis and was pleased to see that they did everything I would normally do. (the simple logical stuff first, before tearing it all a part). They gave me an estimate that was 400 below the other places and I was glad that mechanics were honest about what they were fixing. It did take a day longer than they had planned but that was only cause the part was out of town. All in all I feel confidant giving them a 5 stars and actually look forward to taking my car to them to get some work done!

My van needed a serious brake job — a complete set in the front and rear. I called several different places and decided to visit Auto Service Experts. I spoke with the automotive mechanics on the phone quite a few times prior to visiting on the same day. I was able to come in the same day and receive service the same day. I felt that the mechanics explained in detail the work I needed to have completed. They listened to me and did not touch anything else on the vehicle unrelated to the brakes. The brake service was completed in a timely manner and they also installed new wheel coverings on my wheels. I absolutely recommend this shop for brake service. I have had no problems with the brakes during the week I have driven the vehicle since the brake job. I’d like to thank all of the individuals again who worked on my vehicle.
