History

Established in 1993.

The company started in 1993 as a division of South Texas Products. In 1995, it separated and has since been doing business as Allgen Computer Warehouse, Inc. Allgen has always provided Personal Computer Sales and Service for our customers in the continental United States and continue to do so today.

David, Susan A.

Business Owner

Though Allgen is a family owned and operated, its owners, Sandy and Gloria, have long since retired, but still remain active with the business activities. David and Susan (siblings) have managed operations in the business since 2004 and strive to keep Allgen a warm and friendly atmosphere for our customers. David and Sandy both worked at Datapoint Corporation for 12 and 17 years, respectively. It was a few years after departing Datapoint that they joined together to form the business that is now called Allgen. Susan worked at Musicland as a Manager, before joining us in 1999. We’re primarily a word-​of-​mouth business, so most often, new customers will come in and ask «Is David or Susan around?»
