If you give them a review on Unilocal,they give you $ 10 off of your bond amount. So that’s a good thing. My mother was actually the one to contact them and they offered her a payment plan, that was very helpful to me. I had to call and make arrangements when I knew that I would not be able to pay on time and spoke with Joann. I felt that she treated me with compassion and fairness. However, I can’t say the same about their other staff members. A couple of times when I went in to make a payment, I feel that I was treated badly. Which of course, I didn’t appreciate because I think customer service should always at it’s very best.

The process can be confusing if you have never been there and this company has certainly been professional the entire process. They were fast to assist, and easy to work with.
