Set up an appointment to have my washer looked at. The appointment window was 10AM-​2PM so I took time off to make sure I could get this done. 2PM rolls around and no service man or phone call… 2:30 rolls around and no service man or phone call. When I finally called to find out what is up, I was told I just needed to wait. When I told the operator that I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY and now need to go to work, he said «look here buddy, I cannot help you.» To which I told him that the courtesy of a phone call would have been nice to let me know this was not going to happen. I cancelled my appointment and told him he would be getting bad reviews from me everywhere I could. Its 2015 people, pick up the phone and learn some customer service. I am now out a half day at work and for NOTHING!

I called because my Refrigerator started leaking and stopped cooling. I called in the morning and was able to receive service by the afternoon. Service tech Austin was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he fixed my fridge in no time. Great Service and overall experience. I highly recommend this company.

I called describing a knocking noise that occurs when my refrigerator compressor kicks on. I paid $ 64.95 for a 5 minute visit just to be told there is no fix. I clearly described the situation over the phone and feel the visit and fee could have been avoided. The technician assured me that the noise could only possibly occur every 8 — 12 hours. I assured him that it occurs 8 — 12 times daily. No response. I was simply presented with a bill.

The owner came out, assessed what was wrong with our fridge, had the exact parts on hand to fix it, and fixed it. The service fee that I would have paid to get an estimate went towards the cost of labor and parts for the repair. About two months later, I’m still very satisfied! My fridge is running well and is no longer freezing my food and beverages.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon with a problem with my refrigerator. They came to my house within 2 hours and where very friendly and fixed the problem within half an hour for a fair price. Great company and great service! I would definitely use them again or recommend them to a friend.

My fridge/​freezer stopped doing its job. I found these guys here on Unilocal and want to thank the two previous reviewers! I called them at 11:50 am today and they came to my home, diagnosed and gave me an estimate by 12:30. That is what I call service!
They only charge the $ 59 service fee if you don’t get the repair done.

My 10 year old Kenmore washer stopped working before the wash cycle was finished the other day and I was stuck with a washer full of wet towels. I pulled out the phone book and got online and tried to find someone to come have a look at it without charging an arm and a leg. I found A1 All City whose ad said there was no service charge with repair. That seemed fair so I called. Mike arrived within two hours and got right to work. He plugged it in and got it running. His conclusion was that the motor was simply wearing out. Since it was still working he made some recommendations about the best way to use it; what he did not recommend was replacing the motor, about $ 300 plus labor. I appreciate that he was straightforward with me and didn’t try to get me to spend money unnecessarily. All it cost me was the $ 40 service charge (since I didn’t have it repaired). In the meantime I’ll try to save a little money and I’ll keep using it until it gives out altogether and I have to buy a new one. Thanks Mike for your honesty and hard work.
