The most unorganized business and poor workmanship I have ever experienced in life. They were over priced and used old parts. They never accommodated for any costumer service. I told them they I was not satisfied with the repairs and they just dismissed everything I had to say because I am a woman and don’t understand mechanic s of my vechile that I own

They ripped us off for $ 162 and it could’ve been A LOT worse!
We have had A/​C problems and took our car to this place.
They gave us an estimate of around $ 380 to get it fixed. (The estimate was free) This included a A/​C flush, new refrigerant, and fan replacement. We have just the A/​C topped off with new refrigerant and our fan seemed to work so it sounded a bit odd to us, but we didn’t argue and left the car.
We got a call they couldn’t find the fan assembly and they could only get the one from the manufacturer which is much more expensive. We told them to leave the car as is and we’d pick it up instead of waiting for the more expensive fan assembly. They performed the A/​C flush and topped it off with refrigerant regardless of not having the fan assembly to perform the full service. When we asked them if the AC at least cools now, they said yes, but it won’t blow well as the fan needs replacing. This was a total lie. The A/​C is still broken, the fan works (without being replaced so they were just trying to get more money) but it just blows hot air. They ripped us off for $ 161.99!
Afterward we took the car to another place, and the A/​C needed completely other items fixed (compressor, expansion valve, condenser, and refrigerant). What A&M told us was completely wrong and had nothing to do with our problem nor would it fix the issue in any way! I’m sure after they would replace the fan assembly, they would charge us for that part and labor, then when the A/​C still wouldn’t work, they would just charge us more. They are crooks and liars! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had my truck towed there to have work done on what I thought was to be my transmission. Like the other reviews state, they were incredibly nice over the phone. Anyway, the truck arrives and they call me after there mechanics have «diagnosed» the problem. They hit me with a laundry list of things needing to be done. I declined service on a few things that are not completely necessary right now. Anyway, they fixed the problem that I brought it in for but in doing the other work that I blessed them on, they made my truck unsafe to drive. While replacing the front drivers side cv shaft, they did a poor job of bleeding the brake system. I now have a truck with a spongy brake pedal. This sucks but I will fix it myself. While replacing the oil pressure sending unit (this is really just an oil pressure sensing switch) and the valve cover gasket (both on the drivers side) something happened to make my engine only fire on 5 out of the 6 cylinders. I noticed this immediately after paying the $ 1400+ for the work I had done. I pulled the truck back into the bay and explained that it is now missing on a cylinder. They fiddled with the spark plug wires and seemed to have it narrowed down. They then explained to me that it needs a tune up. Great, I can do that myself and have been for the last 18 years. So I do the tune up and there is absolutely no change to the way the truck now runs. It is still missing on a cylinder.
Upon calling the shop and leaving a message explaining the problems they left me with, they returned my call and asked me to explain what is happening. After describing the brakes situation, and the fact that I live 20 miles from the shop, they tell me to go ahead and drive the truck back to the shop so they can re bleed the brakes. Seriously? Not only did they let me drive my 5000 pound vehicle away from their shop, but they let me drive away my 5000 pound vehicle which now has trouble stopping. They didn’t even offer to tow it.
This shop provides 1^st class pricing for last class service. I will not be doing business with this poor excuse of a mechanic shop in the future.
Run away from these guys people.
