DO NOT get your nails done here. First, the lady giving me pedicure painted my toes as if it were her first time ever doing it, there was red polish all over my skin; even after she tried to clean it up the pedicure still looked horrible. Then, I got a fill, but had black spots all over my nails once they were done due to the old top coat polish. I received the paraffin wax pedicure for $ 32 and the solar pink fill for $ 20, which is the normal charge and what is put on their price sheet. They then proceeded, after I asked them to wait, to charge me $ 62 instead of $ 52, claiming to cut my nails during a fill is $ 3 extra; I have NEVER heard of that, no nail salon charges that and the man failed to inform me of that price. They refused to refund me my extra $ 10, which seems like a small amount but it’s the principle of the matter. They are rude and steal your money by making up charges. I will not be going back!

bad bad bad save your money worst costumer service not nice and racist they look down on people and expensive for what they give you as you can see other reviews they dont do a good good and over charge plus bad service never again would recommend ny nail spa on nacodoches brand new great service less expensive than this crappy place trust me you wont regret it wow same tools on different costumers without cleaning people get cut and can pass infections disgusting listen to all of us

I’m never going here again I went in for a pedi to get my nails trimmed cause I was having bad pains on sides of my toes. I left and my toes still hurt and I went in and there were two others getting pedis and I finished before them they rushed my pedi and they charged me three times on my card.

Um– really? This is the end result of my manicure from 4 Star nails. They took off my shellac polish with an electric file… I have been in the spa business for quite a while an know there is a solution that takes off shellac polish– no electric file needed. She pushed back my cuticles at the end with her own nail– really??? This place needs some help– I am in pain after this manicure. And to top it off — expensive. Never again.

I has a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and got second degree burns. When l went to Tony, the manager, and took off my bandages to see my burns, he could only refund me the wax service and tip. If you go here, only have Tony or Young do your eyebrows!

Not coming back here. I watched the tech use tools on me, then use the same tools on the next customer. One tech was sleeping in a massage chair, barefoot. One was out back smoking and didn’t wash his hands when he came in. I’m not sure how they pass health inspection.
