History

Established in 1975.

Len has been cleaning windows since the 70s, when he started «Rain or Shine Window Cleaning» in southern California. When he moved to the Seattle area in the 80s with his daughter, he didn’t have any clients. So he did subcontract work for an established company for 15 years. All the while, he was building a small cleaning business of his own on his days off.

Len struck out entirely on his own in the mid-​90s. After a couple of years, he couldn’t keep up with the workload his success had brought him. So he hired and trained Carl, who was dating his daughter at the time. The business continued to grow. Soon, Carl and Jenna were married. Their kids could quite possibly be washing your windows in the decades to come.

Carl has been cleaning windows since 1999. He is not only the man you talk to on the phone, but he also spends most of his working hours in customers’ houses, cleaning windows. Carl is also our resident Christmas Light expert, accountant, manager, and Customer Relations Agent. As an owner/​operator, he works hard every day to make sure your windows are cleaned on time, and to your satisfaction.
