Mail Post & Copies

I almost don’t want others to know how good these guys are (Nick is my hero) for printing, especially. I want to keep this a best kept secret so I don’t have to share them– but just ask my co-​workers– I actually rave about them every time I come back to the office with my print jobs at such great prices. I can’t tell you how many times Mail Post has come through for me and how much they go above and beyond. The price, service, and quality are top notch in my book. I’m lucky they are half way between my home and office, but honestly I’d drive out of my way to come here knowing I’m going to be well taken care of for all things printing and shipping– plus they have some fun cards and gifts to boot! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Been here several times, more out of necessity than any other reason. This is the only place near my house with mailing/​printing services. Obviously, the location is great for me. Because of the lack of competition, it’s possible their prices may be a little high for their services but I haven’t noticed anything to make me complain. I’ve been here to mail packages, and print items. Customer service has always been great, and usually the wait is minimal. They carry a number of cute decorative items if you are into that sort of thing. I’ll keep using it as my go to for mail/​print services.

I ship FedEx all the time here. Never had an issue. Wait times can vary with how many people in line but moves at a good speed. Shipping orders need to be right and they are deliberate. On the printing side, I was helped by Nick and he was quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to use them!

Great location, lots of parking, staff are pleasant. Aaron usually smiles bunches… feel the love, man!
Lines can be like the post office at times, but it’s just so much more convenient than driving off the plateau, and they have cute chotskies to chk out, while you wait… so, not a bad experience.

I don’t like this place because of the customer service. I have not been here in a looong time because of this, but today I needed to fax a document and this was the closest place. Came here and there are two customers before me taking care of by two employees. There is another employee at the other side were it says «Business Center’. Because no one acknowledged me like a «Hello» or «Will be with you shortly», I went to the Business Center and asked him if I can fax something. He clearly is just browsing the internet and told me I needed to go to the other side. So there I go back and waited and waited. The other guy finished with one customer… and he went to the other guy in the «Business Center» to chit chat!!! Unbelievable. I am there as a customer waiting and I was not helped.
I left after another few minutes and went to the other one in Pine Lake Rd where I always go and the girl was very nice and immediately faxed my documents. I informed her about the bad and non-​existence customer service here as they are owned by the same owner. She told me she will have a talk. I hope so. This is not free… Blah!

We asked the fastest way to deliver our package, but they didn’t give us the fastest one, which caused our package to have a several days delay (we figured out there is a faster way later by calling FedEx directly). It has a very serious consequence for us. :(

These guys do my business cards (design and print), my letterhead and have done customized post cards for me and then bulk mailed. Their prices are very fair and better than FedEx or Minute man press which I have worked with in the past.
I recommend Mailpost for any of your printing needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a regular at the Mail Post for years. Whether it’s a private mail box, or printing or shipping needs, the Mail Post crew are very efficient and professional. I love the fact that I can use these guys as a remote office. I couldn’t be happier.

These guys are great. I do a bunch of printing for my business in all styles. They are not only great at reproduction, they are creative and always make sure the job comes out right. Better than that, they are FAST. I’ve had them do volume print, fold and stuff jobs. Color, large format posters, large lamination jobs, foam and poster board mounting. I’ve never had to question their work or worry that I was getting a decent price. I’ve also shipped with them, but they are my local print shop and that is mostly what I do with them. Great staff.

Great customer service. No matter the size of your projects ~ they will deliver. Oh, and by the way, their prices beat a lot of the local chain print shops!
