History

Established in 1998.

I have been in the Home Building and Real Estate Industry for over two decades. As a third generation Individual Business owner, I have seen what hard work and client referrals create over time.

Owning and operating a General Construction company since 1998, I have seen most every construction situation and have a great knowledge of Old World, Mid Modern, North West Craftsman and New Spec Home Construction, inside and out.

This unique perspective allows me to better educate my buyers and sellers of costs associated to maintenance, building/​material life expectancy, additions, upgrades, value engineering and overall knowledge most Brokers do not have.
