I’ve done business with these folks a couple of times and it was a pleasant transaction each time. My business dealings with them were having them 3-​D print for me some custom projects and these transactions went well. However, I understand from people at the Maker’s space in SLC that they no longer offer this service. This seems weird because they were the only place I found to do this service and it seems to be in demand…
Anyway, when went I went into the store to ask them if they still did custom 3-​D printing they were closed, even though it was during their posted business hours! This has not been my only experience with things they said they did /​times they were open only then to be told later that was not the case. I find the business operation itself to be rather confusing and annoying.
I would have given them 3 stars for being A-​OK on the custom printing jobs but needed to dock them a star because of their weird business practices.
I have never purchased a printer for them so I don’t know what that is like. Some others have posted poor experiences with that (see the non-​recommended reviews).

No way to tell if the printer is hood as they don’t exist. I paid $ 1159 for one back in June of 2014. Since then I have gotten nothing from the company but broken promises about delivery and many out and out lies that is when they weren’t plain ignoring me. That a lot of money to fork out for vaporware. I urge you to spend your money on something that might actually arrive at your business unless you don’t mind getting totally ripped off.
