Specialties
We serve shaved ice with organic syrups sweetened with all natural ingredients such as brown rice syrup, agave nectar, honey and organic pure cane sugar. We also have locally made herb syrups as flavor toppers such as rosemary citrus, lemon mint and a Serrano infused syrup that is great served with mango or pineapple. Our syrups have to be kept in the fridge they are so fresh and have no harsh artificial food colors. We also serve gourmet locally made Popsicles with flavors like balsamic strawberry black pepper, avocado lime, and pineapple lime Serrano.
History
Established in 2012.
We started the company and chose to go all natural and organic because our two young daughters have food allergies and sensitivities. After researching how harsh artificial food coloring is, we are trying our best to reduce the amount that we ingest. They are known to cause asthma, skin rashes and tumors. We are doing our best to provide a healthier option for shaved ice and Popsicles.
