Nutrition comes from food that is 100% raw. To help promote a healthy lifestyle, we at Blue Star want to show you all the great things that you could be drinking! Fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber that may help protect you from chronic diseases. Compared with people who consume a diet with only small amounts of fruits and vegetables, those who eat more generous amounts as part of a healthful diet are likely to have reduced risk of chronic diseases, including stroke and perhaps other cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers.

For Blue Star coffee we searched for the best locally roasted coffee to serve in our café, and though we found some we liked, we never found one we loved… so we decided to roast our own. There are many coffee options available today, but small batch roasting on location has been an amazing and rewarding experience that shows in the quality and consistency of our coffee.
