Description

Specialties

The Bar in Sugarhouse is a friendly neighborhood bar where locals like to drink in Salt Lake City, UT. We’re a cozy joint with a jukebox, cheap beer, and that good neighborhood atmosphere.

When you step into our bar, you enter a comfortable and welcoming environment. An all wood interior gives the Bar in Sugarhouse the feeling of a cozy log cabin. We’re a friendly bunch, and whenever you visit us we treat everybody like family! Stroll on up to the jukebox and put on some tunes to enjoy while you sip a beer. Our Golden Tee machine is a favorite, and we have been known to have a tournament or two on it.

The Bar In Sugarhouse is a local spot where everybody knows your name. The drinks are cheap, the company is good, and the fun never stops. We can’t wait to see you!

History

Established in 2001.

The Bar in Sugarhouse is a quaint little establishment that has been in the area since 1922. Our building used to house a doctor’s office in 1946 (the doctor was the grandfather of the owner!) and was later converted to a bar. We’ve had the same friendly mentality since opening in 2001. We’re a local favorite and a favorite of locals, but we welcome everybody to come through our doors and enjoy a drink at our place!
