Zero stars. They have the worst internet service and it is so expensive for the garbage service you receive. I switched to clear and I am so much happier.

If you are a current Qwestury Link victim, then you’re no doubt aware of how feeble and geographically dependent your internet service is. You made a mistake, and now you must do your time like a foreign legion conscriptee.
Odds are you also bundled DirecTV so that you can enjoy the singular pleasure of standing on a ladder in the dark during a Utah blizzard frantically scraping snow and ice from your dish while Team A completes a historic rally to defeat Team B in the Big ASS Super Match.
That’s all part of the Sinister Spirit of Service, and any Quixote who has embarked on the Qwest can sing that song.
Consider this review as the epilogue, the sequel, the outtake reel, the «holy shit I’m the victim of fraud» joke backstage after the curtain drops. You see, I closed my account in August when I moved (and switched to cable). I conscientiously resolved my account balance; I even had a refund of $ 1.57! Then, four-​and-​a-​half months later I received a collections notice from Southwest Credit (a division, naturally, of Criminal Link Communications) hunting me and my credit rating in the amount of $ 106.84. When I called QCL-​FU customer service the issue was instantly recognizable due to the charge amount:
«Oh, well that sounds like a modem charge.» (Subtext: «Yes, we do this all the time as part of our fraudulent business model.»)
Because I have learned to hate and distrust all businesses, I kept all of my documentation, including the return tracking confirmation showing that my modem had been signed for by some demon-​of-​the-​infernal-​bowels named «Teeters.»
“Let’s just transfer you to Credit Services so that they can remove that charge. We’ll get it taken care of, because we believe in the Spirit of Getting Caught!“
Listen, if you still choose Century Link, then your issues are too complex for Unilocal therapy alone.
If, tragically, you already have, then you MUST document everything and monitor everything for months and years after your indentured servitude ends. They are shyster idiot criminals, and their particular concoction of incompetence and malevolence will cost you.
[And now I’m left to wonder whether I’ll be copying and pasting most of this into a Comcast review in two years…]

poor poor poor service, every time I log in no internet service. I call them they put me oh hold for ever. Then say problem cannot be solved, we have to send in a technician, I work from home, I asked them I need it fixed soon, since I am loosing work, then they say ok lets see what we can do, Never get this service

Qwest is also known as CenturyLink. So far, the location only takes voice messages and you’re lucky if someone does pick up (probably 1 or 2 people working at that location).
Otherwise, I worked with one of the employees there and she was nice. Only issue was they have a limited capacity for internet in my neighborhood so I only went with them for phone. I heard from a neighbor that their internet is really really bad.
Let’s see how their service and installation goes and I can update then.
