This place has saved me in so many ways. No. I have not had an abortion… But if not for them who knows. They helped in dealing with physical issues like endometriosis and chronic issues as well without having insurance or finances available. Thank you Planned Parenthood!

I stand with planned parenthood.
Best experience in any medical setting. I’ve received testing and birth control here. I received care that I could not otherwise afford. When I had an IUD placed, I got light headed and a staff member shared her food with me. The people and their work are GOOD. Thank you.

Always give me my birth control when I need even though I never go get it when I should and I wait months and months then finally go get it

This is a weird review to write. But some people don’t know that Planned Parenthood isn’t just for pregnant teens and women without health insurance who need birth control or STD tests. But this location, at least, is staffed with some of the best women’s health professionals in town. (Think about it; who else specializes exclusively in that area of medicine?)
I went there eight months ago for an exam and they found a fibroid that my regular OB/​GYN missed a few months earlier. How they missed it is difficult to fathom, really, given that it was the size of a large grapefruit. (For reals. Imagine missing that a non-​pregnant lady is swelled up to the size of an 18-​week pregnancy. (I just thought my Unilocaling was finally catching up with me).) But the nurse practitioner at PP located and accurately diagnosed it, sent me home with detailed follow-​up instructions, and contacted me two weeks later to make sure I’d had it looked at by a surgeon (by then, I had an expedited surgery scheduled for a few days hence). Thank goodness I went to PP when I did.
Plus? PP also serves, when nobody else will, those pregnant teens and women without health insurance who need birth control or STD tests. And thank goodness for that, too.

Great organization that prevents ladies from getting knocked up & everyone from getting sexual diseases.
