PLAN7 Endurance Coaching provides services to endurance athletes of all types whether you plan on racing, becoming more fit, or reaching that personal best time for your event. The coaching staff at PLAN7 are focused on helping you reach your goals.

The design of PLAN7 training plans is to individualize a program for athletes assisting them in achievement of their goals. As a team, both athlete and coach discuss each aspect of the plan from goals to events to daily training and time constraints to put us on a path for success. Success may be found in race results, personal bests, or just finishing that effort you previously imagined as impossible.

PLAN7 Bike Fit

While most bikes are technically sound, improper positioning on the bike can result in a disappointing ride. Proper fitting ensures maximum comfort and superior power/​wattage.

PLAN7 Nutrition

PLAN7 Nutrition is all about meeting your individual nutrition and fueling needs. While having a focused and customized training plan will help you meet your goals the nutrition program takes things up a notch. Work with our highly qualified PLAN7 Nutrition Coach Breanne Nalder to optimize your nutrition programming.

House of Watts

This is the ultimate indoor training program for all levels. You will use your own bike on a lab quality CompuTrainer in a small group setting. The program is a periodized training program with focused workouts based on your Functional Threshold Power (FTP).
