Specialties
Family owned and operated, Old Bridge Café serves traditional Bosnian cuisine in a warm and friendly environment. We assure you the very best taste of Bosnia in the area, and we will make your dining experience a fabulous one. To us, each dish is a memorable experience.
All menu items are made fresh in our kitchen. Our Cevapi are must have house made sausages. The process of making them is special since we have to ground and mix the meat twice then live them to rest overnight so flavor can marinate. Also our staffed peppers (Dolma) and staffed sour cabbage (Sarma) are made from minced beef as we do not buy ground beef ever. We serve some authentic Bosnian drinks if you lake to try new stuff. Attached is a small grocery store with different product from Europe.
The Café is located close to the Century 16 theaters, making it the perfect place for an inexpensive, friendly pre– or post-movie meal.
With our traditional Bosnian décor, calming music, and friendly service, you’ll feel right at home. Please come by and let us make your experience one of a kind.
History
Established in 2010.
Old Bridge Café is family owned and operated restaurant. We came to the United States in 1998, looking to find ourselves a better, safer life and educational opportunities for our two daughters. In July 2010 we opened the Old Bridge Café.
It’s located just east of the Century 16 theaters in midtown, in a strip mall across from the Rancho Market. Everything on the menu is made from scratch.
