Grateful for this professional service! Today, My Buddy the Plumber came to rectify the mess of a job made by another plumbing service we hired to install a back flow system in our home. The other service refused to answer our calls when we called to inform them of a serious leak that occurred right after they left our property.
My Buddy the Plumber efficiently took apart the sub-​par job that was put in last week and completed an outstanding, quality installation in half the time. We offer our highest recommendation. Thank you Derek!

Great service. More than fair prices. No one tried to sell us something we didn’t need. The HVAC tech was very knowledgable and provided information we didn’t have since we are new to the area. I highly recommend My Buddy and we WILL be calling them for any future servicing we need for our HVAC and plumbing.

Terrible and overpriced. Called for AC unit. Technician tried telling me my capacitor was bad (wrong — the unit turned on once he plugged it back in). Let alone he quoted me $ 185 for the capacitor — $ 20 online. He did help tighten the fan which we mistakenly didn’t tighten correctly which he then charged $ 29 for — 5 min of work! Add on the visit charge it was $ 88 for nothing plus trying to sell something that wasn’t needed.

Love this company!
Had issues with my Air conditioner and Jon came to the rescue. We had a bit of a schedule problem but Jon called right back and got the situation straitened out
He was very efficient and honest. Not to mention gave us a Great Deal.

Mike came out to repair a leaking bathtub faucet and did a great job. The condo community shares plumbing, so any plumbing repair requires the water to be turned off to all 300 units. The water was supposed to be turned off at 10:00. It wasn’t. Mike was patient and managed to complete the repair even though the water was never turned completely off. Then he offered to wait and check the results after the water was fully restored. The leak was repaired and the shower handle was more secure and had a fluidity of motion that it had never had before. Even though I was stressed out and impatient with the condo management, Mike was friendly, understanding, patient, and professional. I would definitely use this company again, and I would ask for Mike specifically.

Derek came out to give me a quote on the water heater the same night. Installed it the next morning. It was a 40 gallon water heater. The service was great and the price was fair. The installer was a master plumber and did quality work.

We found these guys after bad experiences with several other plumbers. The first time we used them was last year when our heater gave out. We were quoted a couple thousand by Whipple, then we were lucky enough to stumble across My Buddy The Plumber. John came out right away and we paid a quarter of what Whipple quoted and the heater is working great — it is old but it will be a few years before we will need to replace or do any major work on it.
Next, the water line to a toilet burst and Jerry from My Buddy The Plumber was out within a few hours (on his birthday, even!). The parts from the toilet were replaced and a new water pressure control valve installed… And I was happy with the price! Really! I expected it to be so much more based on other plumbing companies we have used in the past.
This will be the only place we call from now on for any plumbing, heat, or air issues. I used to be frightened at the thought of calling a plumber, and traumatized financially after they left. Not any more.

Derek helped me out today. I needed a leaky faucet and stopper fixed in my bathroom sink. I got called about 15 minutes beforehand, and he came out within the two-​hour time frame given. He fixed the problems in about 15 minutes, everything works great, and he was nice to my dog! Couldn’t ask for more.

Have to say I was impressed with this company. Inquired about services and had someone at my house same day. I tried to install a faucet on my own and about flooded my whole house. Next time I will just save myself the headaches and call these guys. They fixed the problem with ease, no problems. Will definitely use again.

Background: Moved into a new house, no pressure in kitchen sink. I called our warranty company who sent out a plumber… $ 65.00 dollars later and with NO SERVICE, he leaves saying the all the water pipes need to be replaced. I call My Buddy the Plumber. Same day Mike comes to the house and fixes the issue. He was knowledgable, flexible, and more importantly he quickly fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He had the vision to problem solve and created a solution to solve the low water problem without replacing the pipes. Thanks again!

Mike came to tackle the tree roots blocking my main drain pipe in my home, and he was so professional and friendly! I am extremely pleased with his want to do a good and honest job. These guys were great! We had them come out to scope our sewer line on a house we are buying. I called around to get quotes and these guys were the lowest. And, given their high Unilocal rating, I had to give them a try. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me advice on the general plumbing in the house, even though that wasn’t what we were paying him for.
I’d definitely suggest these guys for a sewer scope. We’ve heard that plumbers who do repairs as well as scopes will often look for anything they can fix. That wasn’t the case with Mike.

Just got some help from Troy the plumber at My Buddy The Plumber. I give him two thumbs up for the fast, clean, and courteous performance.
I had been having problems with my pressure regulator all week long. I finally called on Monday to get the darn thing fixed. The earliest appointment available was Wednesday. I took the appointment and expected to wait. Fortunately, an appointment opened up and I was scheduled for that same afternoon. That is what I call service.
Troy and the staff at My Buddy are now my go to plumbers. Thanks again for the good wok.
