Clean, modern office with free wifi, slushees for sore teeth, and very helpful and knowledgable staff. I’ve been a client of Dr. Richards for 18 years and I’ll happily bring my kids here when it is their turn!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Richards — I have been so impressed with the very pleasant and kind staff, the efficient way the office runs, and the fun perks and incentives for the kids. I shopped around for an orthodontist at several locations, and actually felt my heart sink when I came into this office and saw how lovely and comfortable it is, heard about the better type of braces they use and other great things — I was sure it was going to be more expensive than the other offices I visited. Much to my surprise, it was less. We are very happy here; my son even says he loves coming.

We are huge fans of Dr. Richards and his employees. They are always so kind and courteous. They work with us so we won’t miss school and they go the extra mile to make us comfortable! Dr. Richards even met us on the way to a holiday party to clip some wires so that our daughter would be comfortable over the weekend. He is the BEST!

This was the second time around with braces! And it was by far the best experience! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable! Dr. Richard was personable and dedicated to give me the smile I wanted! I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

My son started in early braces last August. The Dr and staff are always so kind and my son loves collecting his smile miles so that he can earn a fun prize when he is done with braces. I would recommend Dr Richards and his team to everyone I know.

let’s just say I’m three months over my estimated end date but he won’t give me an actual end date anymore. my bottom row of teeth are overcorrrecting, causing my braces to do more damage that make them stay on longer. I hate every experience I have had with him.

This office is all about «churn and burn», getting from from patient to the other as quickly as possible. I had braces put on my bottom row of teeth from this office. I was very clear from the beginning that I didn’t want to wear a retainer. After 6 months of wearing the braces… they tell me I need to wear a retainer FOREVER.
The wait in the lobby was also always over 15 minutes. Always. Overall, I’m not at all happy with the level of service. However, my teeth are straight now and that is what’s most important.
