History

Established in 2007.

Market Source Real Estate was opened in 2007 in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City. The owners of Market Source Real Estate have been in the real estate industry since 2000 and love selling homes! Their prior experience in running a mortgage finance company, flipping houses and owning rental properties makes for a broad understanding of everything it takes to buy, own and sell a home!

Business Owner

Monique Higginson is the Owner/​Broker of Market Source Real Estate and has been licensed since 2002 after graduating from the University of Utah. Monique has experience with selling, designing, remodeling and financing homes. Her love of architecture, art and homes makes Real Estate an enjoyable job for her. Monique is obsessed with Real Estate but enjoys golf and gardening in her spare time.
