Included in their fail to serve defendant documents were lies that I spent nearly a half hour insulting the defendant. This is a one man shop, the guy’s name is Mike. He has independent contractors sign up with him to serve in other cities. I think they are based in St. George. I asked Mike for a copy of the attempt to serve but he didn’t give me an honest answer — he said it had to go through «quality control.» Stay away from Mike, his outrageous fees, and unprofessional documentation of blatant lies that could hurt your case.

None of us who have to use an investigator or a process server are doing something that’s any fun. ICU made the entire event simple and easy.
ICU investigations did an amazing job for us. Follow up timeliness and communication are all excellent. We are in another state chasing a debtor and they just did a great job.
