Patrick Howells is the founder of Howells & Company an independent Real Estate Brokerage.

As a Realtor in Utah since 1994 he has been involved in all aspects of real estate from development land sales, new construction, existing home sales, commercial, investment, remodeling, Buyers, Sellers and Consulting. This broad involvement has helped to give him a sound understanding of our Local Market and Real Estate in General. With this broad knowledge and experience he has the ability to assimilate information and trends and be able to see how our market will be effected.

Most importantly Patrick has a direct approach to Real Estate. The client and their needs are the only thing that matters.
