I can honestly say that my experience with the Hofmann facility has been horrendous! Started with being forced to have a set of x-​rays taken 1 week after they took a set. I was treated like I was a number. Dr. Hofmann spent all of 5 minutes with me and ordered a hip injection and passed me on to Dr. Adler (TOTAL PROFFESIONAL) She canceled the injection sent me to PT and I have followed up with her.
My insurance company and I have been trying to get my medical records. I was told today that there were no requests in my file. SO she lied to me on the phone. I even told her who I spoke to. She got a prissy attitude and said the file would be ready by 4 tomorrow. My guess is that they screwed up and don’t want me to find out about it. OH and she hung up on me! Great service… NOT
