Before a long road trip I needed work done on my Subaru. EP Automotive came highly recommended and they were fantastic. They have a ton of experience, knowledge, they’re friendly and they gave insightful answers to my many questions. Most importantly my car drove like a dream.

This is, hands down the best automotive shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The fixed my car day of (including getting new parts), the price was more than right, it was phenomenal, the customer service was excellent and the location is central in SLC. Paul and Emmett are honest men with integrity, a rarity in the car repair business. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! I called to see when I could bring my jeep in to have the brakes looked at as it had started grinding and shuddering… and not in the good way. They told me to drop it off the next morning. I did so on the way to work. I also asked them to take a look at the fan, (it only worked on highest setting) and replacing a broken seat belt part.
A few hours later they called to let me know how much everything would be. The replacement part for the seatbelt was $ 139. Emmett let me know that was rather expensive for the part and I might want to try a scrap yard for the part instead.
They ended up replacing the front disc pads and rotors, replacing the blower motor resistor and I had my vehicle back by the end of my work day. Highly recommend these gentlemen!

My «Check Engine» light was flashing, which is a pretty serious problem (so I’m told). I went to Auto Zone on State and 9^th and they directed me to EP Automotive just around the corner. They were absolutely fabulous! Emmett was sure to call me with updates, explanations and pricing which was awesome. They did keep my car a little longer than expected, but they sure went the extra mile in getting the necessary parts that were tricky to find and stayed within the price range he first quoted me, which was even less than I was expecting to pay! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and go there again myself, but hopefully not too soon! They sure know their stuff! They even left me with an awesome calendar in my car!

I have gone here 3 times. The first time because I didn’t pass inspection and they took care of it. The second time was a check engine light that they took care of for no cost.
This last time, my clutch was having issues. It went out at work and they had a good suggestion for how to get it towed. They fixed in under 2 hours and I think the charge was very reasonable.
Every time I have go in they explain what they do and things just work right.
