i wish there was «no star» rating! this company is rude, ruthless, and inappropriate. with just one phone call they told me that if i didn’t like there cancelation policy or change policy that they would never do business with me again! who are they? then they lie and say the president is out of the country and won’t be returning until the date that the reservation change is for. are they stupid? yes!!!
don’t book with them. just book with any other meeting company. almost all of their locations use bookings with barristers, pbc, regis, or alliance. they are all wonderful! this company is going down!!!

I reserved a meeting room with one of Davinci’s partners. I made the reservation through Davinci. My meeting ran late. When I left, I informed them that we went late. They said it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry about it.
Two days later, I received an updated statement showing an additional hour charge.
Poor service all around.
