After dealing with the office manager, Desiree, I cannot recommend their services. I received a suspicious bill and called the office up. Looking at my EOB from my insurance I can see that they billed my insurance and me for services that were not rendered. Desiree, is curt and obstinate to help. My insurance is launching a fraud investigation. Trying to get information like details of services rendered will cost you $ 25* and heartburn. I will provide an update explaining the outcome.

They called the Taylorsville police because I was waiting in the lobby with the 2 month old baby to speak with the man in charge of the circus. Empty parking lot but he was too busy to speak with me. Shady people
*their new pt form states $ 16 /​hour and/​or 15 cents per page. they will not transfer your records and they lied about information to the new office.
