Center Point Stone

I had this company install my kitchen and a few baths around the house. They were awesome. The whole process was painless and on time. They cut me a great deal on some remnants for my bathrooms so i got the whole thing done for a price i didnt think was possible for the quality of material i purchased. Their installers were great about not making a mess and cleaning up the little mess that got made. I would recommend them to anyone and would gladly use them again myself if something else around the house came up.

One word: run! Seriously though, stay away from this company. I, unfortunately, had to learn the hard way.
I ordered custom quartz countertops through Sears (my first mistake), who apparently subcontracted with this company for the actual installation of the countertops. On December 10^th, 2015, I was supposed to have them installed, however, the countertops were dropped and the quartz was cracked, so I was left without.
Nearly a month later, after it took that long to apparently find, template, and cut the material I wanted, I was rescheduled for installation on January 6, 2016. I don’t blame Center Point for this delay, but Sears rather. Though truthfully, I don’t know which is actually responsible.
On the morning of January 6, 2016, the plumbing guys arrived as scheduled and got everything removed again so that these guys could install my countertops. They were supposed to arrive between 9 and 11, but I saw no one. Working with my project manager at Sears and attempting to get in contact with these guys, I was left in the dark until I received a call at about 4:45 pm from Matt, informing me that one of the installers wife and kid were in an accident and they left to go be with them and never informed anyone else. While I empathized, this was still bad business practice, and I was already irritated after the initial mess-​up. I was told that they would come over whenever I wanted the following day, even before their normal business time, to get things resolved. We talked about a 7:30 AM arrival, and Matt said he would call back after confirming with his installers. I never received a call back.
On January 7, 2016, 7:30 came and went. At 8:30, I finally called Sears to find out what they knew. I was told that the installers had just called for my number and address and should be calling me and/​or arriving shortly. A few minutes after that, I received a call from Matt. Apparently the installers were stuck in traffic, but he could send a different crew over to build up the wood and put in the sink before they arrived. We agreed on that and, an hour later, that crew arrived. They were there until 11:30 AM when they finished their work, and then left, letting me know the others would be there after. A couple hours later, I still had not seen countertops. After getting in touch with Matt, I was told they should have been there already and that he would call them and they would arrive shortly. Another 2 hours later, I called Matt again, because they still hadn’t arrived. He informed me that they should have already been there and that he would call them. An hour later, I called my Sears project manager to inform him that there were still no countertops installed. He said he would call the company and let me know. Half an hour later, Sears called me back to say they couldn’t get in touch with the installing company. I tried calling Matt again, leaving a message, but never receiving a call back. Sears called me again another time to say they had left messages and texts, but had not been able to get in touch with anyone. It was now after 6 PM.
On January 8, 2016, I began my calls again. First to Sears at 8:30 AM, who apologized for everything that was happening, and then to Matt right after, who didn’t answer. I eventually looked up Center Point’s business number and called the business directly. This was about 9:45 AM. They apologized and said they would figure out what was going on and that Matt had just left the office. I then received a call from Matt right after that and was told the installers would be here and that he would call me back in a few minutes with an ETA. Sears called shortly after to see if I had heard from them. I called Matt back at 10:20 and was sent straight to voicemail. He called right after and said he just tried calling me and that the installers were 2 minutes away. I thanked him, and we hung up. Half an hour later, they still had not arrived. I called Matt again, he said he’d call me back. A few minutes later, he called back and said the installers had to go to Home Depot to pick up some items and that they left 15 minutes ago and should be to my house within 10 minutes. As of the time of this writing, that was 30 minutes ago and I still have not seen my countertops or installers.
I’m not really sure what this company is playing at. But whatever it is, it’s not funny. It’s ridiculously awful service. So as I said before, run. Don’t even consider this company unless you have some desire to be lied to and add undue stress in your life and to never get your countertops.

I ordered custom quartz and they did a horrible job installing. There were dents and the culking looked terrible. I called business over 10 times and they came out on two occasions to fix the countertops but they cut corners and never fully resolved the issues

I had these guys build me an 8×9 cooking island with sink and big gas cooktop for our kitchen. They had it made on time and installed perfectly. They don’t have the largest stoneyard to pick from, but what they had was really good and made great deals on their remnants.
