C.R. England

By far the worst company you can possibly drive for. They put me through training then left me in a hotel far away from home. Who does that? I’m not even sure if their shady business practices are even legal. Stay far away.

I have worked for C.R. England for almost two years now. It provides a fast-​paced work environment and offers great opportunities to learn and excel each day. Choosing to come to work for C.R. England is a decision I would make every time if I could do it all over again. My coworkers are great, I have always felt as though I was part of a team serving a greater purpose. I would recommend this company to anyone that was looking to start a new adventure and improve their career.

This a great company to work for, hard working and cares for their employees, including drivers! I’m happy to be apart of a great company that focuses on my growth as an employee. Great staff, most employees have 10+ years there.

I’ve worked for C.R. England for five years. It has been a great company to work for. It’s challenging and every day keeps you learning more. The people are by far the best thing about the company. The management is great and my coworkers in all areas of the business are awesome. If you work hard, then there is career growth and longevity in this company.

Below average. They throw out good drivers, and keep the bad ones. If it wasn’t for the government welfare they get for every new student, they’d go out of business.

I took my 3 week, cross-​country orientation drive at England and it really loused me up. Bill Decker and Walt Hood kept talking about their families. Bill didn’t use his clutch at all and drove his truck over the railroad tracks and had to back up because it was a dead end road. The jerk threw a fit because he told me to exit where it was closed for construction (he was asleep when we got there). At another place Bill threw a fit because I started out on the road so that he could sleep in. Bill melted a load in the reefer because he forgot to put oil in the reefer engine and he threw another fit when he got stuck in an intersection because the reefer door flew open. Bill accused me of scratching the trailers and he acted like a total asshole. I’ve always heard that Cr England were slow moving dumb jerks and I don’t recommend their Mormon school
