The girls who work here. Need some loving. Every time I come to this establishment, there are no smiles, no greetings or eye contact. When I ask for a sample they act like I just asked them to give me 100 scoops with one hand and juggle lemons in the other. Their stuck up attitude isn’t necessary especially since you work at an ice cream joint. Ice cream makes people happy. Unless you’re lactose. The manager here is Jennifer and SHE is awesome. Whenever I get lucky and happen to be served by Jennifer I have a great time. I don’t think Jennifer knows how her team acts when she isn’t there so maybe she should get some cameras to improve the hostile environment I experience most of the time. The girls who work here are probably still in HS so I understand your hormones and «still trying to figure yourself out» mess but come on, have some manners! I like their mango smoothie and you have an option of having them make it with yogurt, or cream which is nice. They never run out of ice cream and I like the variety of flavors. This place is SO close to my home so that’s why I come here but if there was a closer place with friendlier staff, they would have my business over this location. I feel like I should volunteer my time here so the girls can can get a sense of what good customer service is. And bc I get to sample all the ice cream but that’s probably not a good idea bc I don’t want to buy a size bigger pants.

Ice cream is 5 stars. Service is zero stars! Kids working here that don’t understand the meaning of customer service! The girl Shelby was so unhappy and complaining about servicing and helping the paying customers!!! Never coming back here again…

Mmm… I love ice cream. When I’m craving some cold and creamy deliciousness, Baskin Robbins and their 31 flavors does not disappoint. There’s usually only one or two workers and this place can get a ton of customers during peak hours, so having a bit of a wait to get served and no where to sit (the place is tiny with only a couple tables) are my only gripes.
