Not good. In the past 24 hours that my mom has been here her pain meds have arrived on average 1 hour late, once it was 2 hours late; they have forgotten about her for every meal; i have to take the ice knee machine to get refilled. I could go on and on, and will be doing so with her insurance company.
If you, or someone your care about, need a place to stay for after surgery care and physical therapy this is not the place. We are now trying to get a hold of her doctor to get a release to go home.

From the friendly greeter just inside the front door to the kind and professional healthcare staff to the caring manager and staff, the care our loved received at Avalon West was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent care for our loved one. And each visit we made to Avalon West was filled with compassionate and caring staff that answered all our questions and even provided all support for all of our family and friends that were visiting.
