Staff was extremely helpful while I was trying to decide which plan to upgrade to. My best option seemed to be to upgrade to another 2 yr contract while waiting for my new iPhone, since I was grandfathered in the unlimited data plan. I was told I could do it from their website, but that the agent wouldn’t get a commission on it. I decided to come back to order it from the store just to be able to allow the agent to get whatever commission he’d be eligible for. I came back a couple of days later and looked for the same agent. He took nearly 45 minutes while trying to work out some issue he was getting. Then as soon as I got out of the store my data was interrupted. I thought it would be because I just upgraded so I decided to wait it out. I ended up calling AT& T four times that afternoon! The last agent I spoke on the phone told me that this is a known issue for in store agents, that if I upgrade at the store I would be removed from my unlimited data plan. I was extremely disappointed after hearing that. At least the fourth agent I spoke with said it was not my fault that the in store agents didn’t mention this. It’s going to take a week before I get my unlimited data plan back(in the mean time they put me in a limited data plan). I felt used, especially because I went out of my way to go to the store and give him the commission that I felt he deserved. I hope these agents didn’t really know about it because if they did it was a deceiving thing to do :-(

Wow, this place is awesome. I came in for an iPhone 6, and didn’t have to wait more than two days for Chance to get it in. Kate help me set up my phone and made sure I got full credit on my old iPhone 5. Chuck and Bree talked to me about digital automation. Now I can lock my doors and make sure lights are off at the house. If you have any needs with tablets, phones, and home automation now, come see these guys, you can’t go wrong.
