Our dryer wouldn’t heat any more so I called Appliance Service by Paul. I got a very good first impression from the moment I called and booked the appointment. The dispatcher was professional, kind and even made the extra effort to get someone out a day earlier than first booked which was great. The repairman called to let us know when he was on his way and was punctual to the booked time. He was clean cut. He quickly repaired the dryer and cleaned up after himself. The total cost was about half of Whirlpool said it was going to cost me when I called Whir;pool. (Better to just go direct to Paul!) Would definitely choose them again.

With instruction from James, Tim and Jen we replaced a $ 7 part and our 30+ year old Maytag washer is still in business. We appreciated their diagosis and instruction over the phone, part availability and the pleasant experience in dealing with all of them.

I have used this company a couple of times. Albeit no one likes to have to call a service man, nor wants to pay fees. This company has always left me feeling I got my money’s worth. They are honest, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They are now my «go-​to» repairman. Shout out to James who was my technician.
