I must be a masochist because I keep subjecting myself to this store’s terrible customer service; I can’t help it! I love their jeans. But the associates never greet you, smile, offer to help, etc. You know, just the normal things a clothing store associate should typically do. I think their clothes are pretty good quality and like I mentioned before, the jeans are the biggest draw for me. But if you shop here, be prepared to receive a cold shoulder from the staff.

Stopped in and shopping for a friend… No offered to help or find a size for over 30 minutes… The only one available was on a manikins… I started to remove the item we wanted to buy. An employee came over to yell at us and inform us she was helping her manager and then the unprofessional manager came over and yelled at us and offered no help to buy something and then keep threatening to call security on me… Worst customer service and no wonder this place is a price point bargain name brand with terrible employees.

I never really shopped here growing up because I thought it was too expensive. Within the last year, I started shopping here during their sales and I am now a huge fan. Their sales are reallllllly good. Who knew?! The quality of their clothes is pretty good too. I’ve bought several pairs of jeans for $ 10 and sweaters and shirts for under $ 15. Cons: If their clothes are not on sale, it’s overpriced. The place reeks of perfume and cologne, may give you a headache. Music is too loud, you end up shouting at people so they can hear you. Just look for the sales, they’re awesome!

Why hasn’t anyone reviewed A&F?!? You can’t beat good looking 20-somethings pushing stylish clothes. Maybe its because I grew up in NY and visited the original A&F before it was a front for boys who weren’t so sure about their sexuality and the girls that find them attractive. The original A&F was a safari supply company. Mssrs. Abercrombie and Fitch could outfit your entire group with everything you needed for a camping trip to the Rockefeller cottage in the Adirondacks, or an entire trek with President Roosevelt to Africa for a little lion hunting. Whatever your travel desire, A&F was there to fulfill your manly adventurousness. Interesting, they haven’t really changed much in 100 years, eh? But there’s a better reason than the eye candy to shop here. You get good customer service along with a spritz of cologne and muscle shirts. I popped in here with the brood to look at some potential gifts, and was pleasantly surprised that the salespeople were not only VERY good looking, but had friendly personalities to boot. Try it on for size, A&F may seem a bit intimidating, but they’re just cute boys who have to work for a living like the rest of us. They just do it in tight shirts and jeans.
