TGM Group LLC is a full-​service Certified Public Accounting firm that provides accounting, attestation, tax advisory, retirement & estate planning, business consulting, SEC public company financial reporting, business valuation and fraud investigative services. We also offer bookkeeping & payroll services to our clients.

In our commitment to quality, we are members of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), the Government Audit Quality Center, the Center for Audit Quality, and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). We are also active members of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) as well as many local organizations.

The Firm originated in 1993 as Trice & Geary, LLC after Tom Trice and Herb Geary purchased the Eastern Shore practice of C.W. Amos and Company. Over the years as the client list and the firm grew with the addition of several partners the name was changed to TGM Group LLC. In 2015 TGM Group and Anthony Walter Duncan LLP (AWD) announced the merger of their two firms. We have two office locations in Salisbury, MD and Easton, MD.

History

Established in 1993.

The Firm originated in 1993 as Trice & Geary, LLC after Tom Trice and Herb Geary purchased the Eastern Shore practice of C.W. Amos and Company. Over the years as the client list and the firm grew with the addition of several partners the name was changed to TGM Group LLC. In 2015 TGM Group & Anthony Walter Duncan (AWD) based in Easton, MD announced the merger of their two firms.

Today, TGM Group LLC is a regional accounting firm comprised of six partners and approximately thirty-​five accountants, auditors, business consultants and tax specialists providing a full range of accounting and financial consulting services to individuals and businesses on the Delmarva Peninsula and beyond with office in Salisbury, MD and Easton, MD.

Business Owner

Herb is the Chief Executive Officer/​Member of TGM Group LLC. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, his areas of specialization and expertise include closely held businesses, manufacturing, wholesalers/​distributors, construction contractors, and governments and nonprofits. Herb is a certified public accountant and certified government financial manager and has a B.A. degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Loyola College.

Herb has been active in community and civic activities throughout his career.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
