Quick Cash Pawn of Salisbury

Worst place of business EVER!!! I have contacted action 9 news on this pawn shop and emailed the better business Bureau. This sorry excuse of a business LOST my $ 600 princess cut diamond wedding band and will not do a damn thing about it. I have done business with them for 3 years every since they came to salsibury. All I asked was for them to make things right and replace it. They are to money hungry and will not do nothing. All they offered me was one of the 5 ugly rings they had in the store or something worth $ 74.40 The manager KEITH likes to run his mouth too much and was the one who lost it. I believe one of the employees stole it. The manager pretty much told me my ring grew legs and walked off. How can u run a successful business and treat your customers like crap Mr. CARSEN HEFFNER who is somehow high up & was handed a business by grampaw or daddy. CARSEN HEFFNER is so money hungry he could care less about the HUGE MISTAKE his staff made. I’m so thankful for action 9 for contacting me back and directing me to the BBB. My husband and I just found out after being married 14 yrs the price of wedding rings has went up. My same exact ring costs 1,200 of course I can’t afford another one I have 2 young children and it’s Christmas.
